Tianmen Xinnong is an expansion project of the Group’s facilities in Tianmen City, Hubei Province, focusing on extending tap water coverage to more than 130,000 residents living around Tianmen City, who are facing dire water shortages. With an estimated population of 130,000 residents spread over 81 villages in the area, this project will further expand Tianmen Kaidi’s tap water supply coverage to increase utilisation of Tianmen Kaidi’s facilities while bringing greater social and economic benefits to the locals.

Situated within the 36 km2 area of Wuhan City Economic Zone, a state-level technological and economic development zone boasting the highest economic output in the area, Wuhan Xincheng is the only wastewater treatment facility within the region. Currently operating at 60,000 tons/ day capacity (which can be expanded to its concession capacity of 120,000 tons/day), Wuhan Xincheng caters to the strong demand for treated water due to the presence of heavy industries such as automobile, iron & steel, machinery, optic electronics, and other hi-tech industries within the Wuhan City Economic Zone. Wuhan Xincheng is guaranteed a certain level of minimum offtake based on the design capacity of the project throughout the concessionary period.

Located in Huang-Pi Qianchuan District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, this is a 30-year BOT project. The principal activity of Kaidi Xinchuan is wastewater treatment. The current design capacity of the wastewater treatment plant is approximately 30,000 tons/day.

Huang-Pi Qianchuan District has a land area of approximately 14 km2 with resident population of approximately 150,000. Kaidi Xinchuan is guaranteed a certain minimum level of off-take based on the design capacity throughout the concessionary period.

Wuhan Kaidi Xinlong Wastewater Treatment Co., Ltd.
("Kaidi Xinlong")

Located in Huang-Pi Panlong Economic Development Zone, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, this is a 30-year BOT project. The principal activity of Kaidi Xinlong is wastewater treatment. The current design capacity of the wastewater treatment plant is based on approximately 45,000 tons/day. The first phase project has been completed and started operation with a design capacity of 22,500 tons/day.

Huang-Pi Panlong Economic Development Zone has a land area of approximately 20 km2 with resident population of approximately 100,000. Kaidi Xinlong is guaranteed a certain minimum level of off-take based on the design capacity throughout the concessionary period.

Wuhan Hanxi Waste Water Treatment Co., Ltd.
("Wuhan Hanxi")

Wuhan Hanxi is currently the largest wastewater treatment facility in Wuhan City with a design capacity of 800,000 tons/day to be constructed over two phases. It is currently running at 400,000 tons/day and may be built up to 800,000 tons/day under the Phase 2 construction.

The Group has completed significant parts of the common infrastructure during Phase 1 and thus expects construction works on Phase 2 (when implemented) to be much faster and at significantly lower costs. Wuhan Hanxi is guaranteed a certain minimum level of off-take based on the design capacity throughout the concessionary period.

Located in Huangshi City, one of the core financial hubs in Hubei Province and amongst the most economically developed cities in central PRC, the project involves upgrading an existing wastewater treatment facility in Huangshi City with a current design capacity of 125,000 tons/day and to manage the existing wastewater treatment facility for a period of 27-year, catering to the needs of more than 1 million residents. Huangshi Kaidi is guaranteed a certain minimum level of off-take based on the design capacity throughout the concessionary period.

This project is part of the 11th Five-year Plan introduced by the Wuhan City Government to address water shortages in the region and will involve the construction of one Wuhu water plant, ten pumping stations and a 982 km piping system and enhancement of three existing water plants.

Wuhan Huang-Pi owns the concessionary rights to supply tap water to 700,000 residents in the Southern part of Huang-Pi District with an area of 1000 km2. Its current design capacity is 150,000 tons/day and may be expanded to more than 200,000 tons/day, depending on market demand.

Located in Lv Liang City, Shanxi Province, the Lv Liang Xinya project caters to supply water to two major coal mining industrial zones, Feng Yang (汾阳三泉焦化工业园区) and Xiao Yi (孝义梧桐焦化工业园区), and processing industries within the province.

The project will provide up to 20 million tons of potable water per year (or 55,000 tons/day) to the industrial zone with a long term capacity of 40 million tons per year (or 110,000 tons/day). It will entail the construction of a 60 km main piping system, 4 reservoirs with a total capacity of 40,000 tons, a control and automated system, pumping stations and other related facilities.

Located at Bengbu City, Huaiyuan District, Anhui Province, PRC, this landmark water treatment plant caters to the growing needs of a population size of approximately 1.3 million residents and a fast growing brewery industry. The treatment plant is capable of treating raw underground water directly instead of transporting and treating water from rivers/lakes, resulting in lower treatment costs. The treatment plant is currently operating at 80-90% of design capacity of 10,000 tons/day.

Located at Gao Xing District, Weifang City, Shandong province, a 20-year BOT wastewater treatment project. It was incorporated in year 2003 and started operation in June 2007 with a design capacity of 50,000 tons/day.

The project serves an area of 31.5 km2 with the population of 250,000 residents. Weifang Waste Water is guaranteed a certain minimum level of off-take based on the design capacity throughout the concessionary period.

Situated within the 15 km2 area of Decheng District, Dezhou City, Shandong province, Dezhou Water undertakes a 20-year TOT wastewater treatment plant with a designed capacity of 100,000 tons/day. It started operation in September 2006.

The project provides service to a population of approximately 300,000 residents. Dezhou Water is guaranteed a certain minimum level of off-take based on the design capacity throughout the concessionary period.

Located at Yicheng District, Zaozhuang City, Shandong province, Zaozhuang Water was incorporated in year 2010. Zaozhuang Water undertakes a 30-year project with combination of TOT and BOT phases to treat sewage and industrial wastewater. It started operation in July 2010 with a designed capacity of 40,000 tons/day which includes phase 1 TOT project with a capacity of 20,000 tons/day and phase 2 BOT project with a capacity of 20,000 tons/ day.

The project covers an area approximately 12 km2 with population of approximately 120,000 residents. Zaozhuang Water is guaranteed a certain minimum level of off-take based on the design capacity throughout the concessionary period.

Weifang Lianhe Runtong Chengxi Waste Water Treatment Co., Ltd.

Located at Economic Development District, Weifang City, Shandong province, Chengxi Water undertakes a 30-year BOT wastewater treatment project. It was incorporated in year 2009 and started operation in January 2011 with a designed capacity of 40,000 tons/ day for phase 1.

The project covers Chengxi area of approximately 26.4 km2 with a population of approximately 200,000 residents. Chengxi Water is guaranteed a certain minimum level of off-take based on the design capacity throughout the concessionary period.

Located at Gao Xing District, Weifang City, Shandong province, Weifang Tap Water is the sole tap water provider to the centre area of Weifang City with a design capacity of 320,000 tons/day.

The project covers an area of approximately 180 km2 with a population of approximately 1,050,000 residents.

Currently it runs at 10,000 tons/day at phase 1 and could be expanded by another 10,000 tons/day under phase 2 construction.

The project covers a population of approximately 45,000 residents. Zaozhuang Shanting is guaranteed a certain minimum level of off-take based on the a design capacity throughout the concessionary period.

Located at Kui Wen District, Weifang City, Shandong province, Weifang Wastewater started business operation in year 2004. Weifang Wastewater undertakes a 20-year TOT project to treat sewage and industrial wastewater with a design capacity of 100,000 tons/day.

The project covers to Kui Wen District and partial of Gao Xing District of approximately 60 km2 with a population of approximately 600,000 residents. Weifang Wastewater is guaranteed a certain minimum level of off-take based on the design capacity throughout the concessionary period.

The project covers an area of approximately 53 km2 with a population of approximately 350,000 residents. Dongguan Water Treatment is guaranteed a certain minimum level of off-take based on the design capacity throughout the concessionary period.

The project covers an area of 20 km2 with a population of approximately 180,000 residents. Beiliu Water is guaranteed a certain minimum level of off-take based on the design capacity throughout the concessionary period.

The project covers an area of 16.5 km2 with a population of approximately 150,000 residents. Taojiang Water is guaranteed a certain minimum level of off-take based on the design capacity throughout the concessionary period.

Located at east part of Gao Xing District at Yiyang City, Hunan province, Yiyang Shangshi was incorporated in year 2011. Yiyang Shangshi undertakes a 25-year BOT project to treat wastewater with a design capacity of 30,000 tons/day at phase 1.

The project covers the eastern part of Gaoxin District area of approximately 14 km2 with a population of approximately 120,000 residents. Yiyang Shangshi is guaranteed a certain minimum level of off-take based on the design capacity throughout the concessionary period.

Located at Zhao Ling Town, Zhao Ling District, Luohe City, Henan province, Luohe Water was incorporated in year 2009. Luohe Water undertakes a 30-year BOT project to treat sewage and industrial wastewater. It started operation in year 2010 with a design capacity of 20,000 tons/ day for phase 1.

The project covers an area of 4.5 km2 with a population of approximately 38,000 residents. Luohe Water is guaranteed a certain minimum level of off-take based on the design capacity throughout the concessionary period.

Taizhou Kaidi is ideally situated within the Zhejiang Pharmaceutical Park, Linhai City, a key centre for the production and manufacture of pharmaceutical products in PRC. The BOT project involves the construction of an industrial wastewater treatment plant with a design capacity of 50,000 tons/day to be constructed over 3 phases. The plant is currently operating at Phase 1 capacity of 12,500 tons/day with the potential to ramp-up to 50,000 tons/day. This project showcases the Group's capabilities in treating higher grade wastewater as required for use by pharmaceutical purposes and will further strengthen our credentials in securing future projects within this industry. Taizhou Kaidi is guaranteed a certain minimum level of off-take based on the design capacity throughout the concessionary period.

Zhejiang

Wenling Hanyang Resources Power Co., Ltd.

Located at Pengxia Village, Chengnan Town, Wenling City, Zhejiang province, Wenling Hanyang undertakes a 25-year BOT project. Wenling Hanyang is engaged in the business of waste incineration power generation. The design capacity of project is 1,100 tons/day of waste processing to be constructed over 2 phases. It is currently running at 700 tons/day and can generate up to 15MW of electricity per year. It may be further expanded by 400 tons/day under the phase 2 construction and can generate up to 9MW of electricity per year.

This project service covers an area of approximately 926 km2 in Wenling city with a population of approximately 1.2 million residents. Wenling Hanyang is guaranteed a certain minimum level of off-take based on the design capacity throughout the concessionary period.
