Li Jingjun is our Vice General Manager, Planning and Project Management, and is responsible for planning and managing our projects, as well as technological research and development. Mr. Li was employed by Wuhan Blast Fans Factory from 1982 to 1993 as its Deputy Managing Director and Chief Engineer. From 1993 to 1996, Mr Li joined Wuhan NEC Co., Ltd. as the Deputy General Manager. He was subsequently employed by Wuhan Gelin Tiandi Environment Protection Industry Group as its General Manager and was promoted to the position of Director from 2000. Mr. Li graduated from Huazhong Science and Technology University with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in 1982.

Han Jianli is our Deputy General Manager, Procurement and Engineering, and is responsible for engineering projects management and procurement management. Mr Han is a first class registered engineer. Mr Han was employed in Qinghai University as an assistance lecturer from 1983 to 1987. Subsequently, Mr Han was employed as an engineer in Northwest Electric Power Design Institute of China's State Power Corporation from 1987 to 2001. In 2000, Mr Han passed the first class registered structural engineering examination and obtained a registered certificate. Mr Han was employed by Wuhan Kaidi Electric Power Co., Ltd as Project Manager from 2001 to 2003. In April 2003, Mr Han was promoted as Assistant Chief Engineer cum Head of the Procurement Department. Mr Han was also appointed Deputy General Manger, Procurement and Engineering, in November 2003. Mr Han obtained a degree in Industrial and Civil Architecture from Northwestern Institute of Architecture and Engineering in 1983.

Shang Qingli is our Vice General Manager, Sales and Marketing from April 2005 to April 2007, and is responsible for overseeing the marketing and sales development and maintenance of the Company. From July 1988 to January 2002, Mr. Shang was employed in Tianjin Electric Construction Co., Ltd. as its Project Manger and was subsequently promoted to Vice Sales Manager. From January 2002 to November 2004, Mr. Shang was employed as the Head of Marketing and Sales in Wuhan Kaidi Electric Power Co., Ltd. Thereafter, Mr. Shang joined Wuhan Kaidi Water Services Co., Ltd and in April 2005, he was promoted to his current position with the Company. Mr. Shang graduated from Wuhan University with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in 1988.

Chen Chuan is our VP Finance / General Manager of Wuhan Kaidi Water Services Co., Ltd and is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of Wuhan Kaidi Water Services Co., Ltd. From 1990 to 1995, Mr Chen was employed in the Wuhan Electric Power Equipment Plant as an accountant and was subsequently promoted to the position of Head of Accounts Department. From 1995 to 2000, Mr Chen was employed in Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company Ltd as the Finance Department Manager. In 2000 , he joined Wuhan Kaidi Electric Power Co., Ltd as its Finance Department's Deputy Manager. From 2001 to 2003, Mr Chen was appointed as the Chief Accountant of Nanjing Central Power Engineering Co., Ltd. He joined Wuhan Kaidi Water Services Co., Ltd as Chief Financial Officer in 2003. Mr Chen graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with a degree in finance and accounting in 1990.

Tay Lee Chye Lester joined our Group in May 2004 as our Financial Controller. He oversees our Group's financial, accounting and tax matters with respect to the Singapore laws and regulations and the requirement of SGX Listing Rules. Mr Tay started his career with Arthur Andersen, Singapore as an Audit Assistant in 1998 and spent 4 years with the firm, including a secondment program with Arthur Andersen Sydney, Australia as an Audit Senior in 2001. Following the merger of Arthur Andersen with Ernst and Young in July 2002, he was part of the Business Advisory Unit of Ernst and Young, working as the lead finance consultant in a corporatisation project. Immediately prior to his appointment with our Group, he was with Deloitte and Touche, Singapore as an Audit Supervisor from August 2003 to May 2004. Mr Tay holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the Nanyang Technological University and is a currently a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
